For weddings and destination events, the earlier the better: a few months gives us room to secure venues, vendors and artistes. Corporate and private events can often come together faster. If your date is close, call anyway; we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

We plan to the number you’re comfortable with, not the other way round. Share a range early and we’ll show where it goes furthest (decor, entertainment, hospitality), with a clear, itemised quote before anything is booked.

Yes. We’re based in Lucknow and plan destination weddings and events elsewhere too, including guest accommodation assistance. Travel and stay for our crew is listed separately in your quote, so there are no surprises.

As much or as little as you need: concept, decor, audio-visual, artiste management, 3D mapping, vendor coordination and on-the-day running. Every event gets a single point of contact from first call to final guest.
